Remembering Environmental Activist Berta Caceres

We recently had the opportunity to print these beautiful bandannas and shirts celebrating the life and work of the incredibly brave Honduran environmental activist and indigenous leader Berta Caceres; the one year anniversary of her assassination was March 2nd.

The bandannas and shirts were commissioned by documentary film maker Sam Vinal.

A link to a short film Sam made about the ongoing political struggles in Honduras is below:

Berta Cáceres’ daughter, Bertita, talks about The Berta Cáceres Bill and repression in Honduras.
